How do I sign up for a tournament?
To play, just:
1. Purchase your entry ticket.
2. Submit your decklist + shipping form with your purchase.
3. Register on Battlefy.
Once those steps are done, you’re officially locked in!
Who can enter?
Our tournaments are open to all players in the continental United States. Unfortunately, we can’t ship prizes internationally at this time.
What do I need to play?
OPSim by Maebatsu, a legal decklist, and a stable internet connection. We’ll provide pairings and instructions once the event starts.
How does prize distribution work?
Prizes are shipped directly to winners after the event. We cover all shipping costs within the continental U.S. Once we hand off your prize to the carrier, delivery is considered complete.
What if I need a refund?
Refunds are available if you’ve registered but haven’t yet played a match. Once you’ve started playing, refunds are not available. To request one, email us at southbaybattles@gmail.com
What happens if I disconnect during a match?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replays once a match has started in order to maintain the competitive integrity of our matches. Please make sure your setup is ready before joining.
How can I stay updated on Bay Battles?
Join our Discord or follow our Instagram! We will provide tournament updates and we may do platform-specific giveaways, so join both if you can!
How do you keep things fair?
We enforce strict rules against cheating, harassment, or disruptive behavior. Players who break these rules may be disqualified or banned without a refund.
Is Bay Battles affiliated with One Piece?
Nope! We’re an independent community project and not affiliated with Bandai Namco, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or any other official publishers.
