  • 1. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are available only if you have registered but have not yet played a match.

    • No refunds will be issued if you have already participated in a match.

    • No refunds will be given for technical difficulties or connection issues once a tournament has started.

    • To request a refund, please email southbaybattles@gmail.com with your order information.

    2. Eligibility to Play

    To participate in a tournament, you must complete all required steps:

    • Purchase an entry ticket.

    • Submit your decklist and shipping form.

    • Register on Battlefy.

    By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all rules, requirements, and these Terms and Conditions.

    3. Delivery Policy

    • Orders (such as prizes or shipped items) will only be fulfilled after full payment is received.

    • Delivery is considered successful once shipment is received by the carrier.

    • If you experience any delivery issues, please email southbaybattles@gmail.com.

    • You may have the right to return items if necessary and as permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.
